upbeat is part of the Tonic Network. There are four other Tonic choirs, which currently rehearse in  Hatch End, Radlett and Totteridge. They are great examples of what a community choir should be, fun, inclusive and ambitious. The choirs are brilliantly led by Philip Barnett and Bryan Kesselman, and their ethos is what inspired me to start upbeat.
